2024-2020
Brand new look for 2024 and a new Nike Vapor Premier template drops. These uniforms were infamous, especially for their rollout in the MLB; logos and numbers are heat-pressed rather than stitched. Vapor Premier featured an all-new high-performance fabric made from at least 90% recycled polyester yarns, new sleeve cuffs, and new collars. All uniforms were updated minus the Purple jersey. What we called "Purple Gate" further expanded when against Grambling, LSU wore a one-off Vapor Select, then went back to the 2023 jersey against Texas A&M. Vapor Select keeps the mesh ventilation of the 2023 version on the back of the jersey but has the same Nike logo placement and updated number typeface. Notice the new numbers, in particular, the '4' and '5'. The extended elbow of the 5 and the angled nose of the 4 are removed. The boot logo and American flag switch places compared to 2023 jerseys.

New look in 2023 saw the removal of the interlocking LSU logo on the white and grey jerseys. The Interlocking LSU logo has been replaced with the arched "Tigers" with a single outline. The addition of a boot logo was added to the back neckline just above the nameplate. LSU went on to win the College World Series wearing Gold three times in a row against Florida in a wild three-game series. Wearing Gold 5 out of the 8 games played at the CWS.

Under Jay Johnson's first year, the one addition was the Boot logo added to the back of the Pinstripe uniforms. Interesting year when it comes to rotation of the jerseys. LSU never really had a standard pattern of jerseys. Partically the road series were always different. Against Florida, they went Purple/Grey/Grey, followed by Grey/Grey/Gold at Mississippi, an all-Grey weekend versus Arkansas, and finishing the season all Gold at Vanderbilt. Tigers would finish the season at the Hattiesburg regional wearing gold every game (4)*
